About The Blend

Neighborhood is an espresso blend built from three farms across three countries, each one chosen for what it brings to the cup. The foundation is Yosef Yonka's washed Ethiopian from Abaya Taka-Chire in Sidama, a small two-hectare farm where 74/110 and 74/112 varieties are pulped on a local Agard machine and dried on raised African beds. Huila Condor brings a washed Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo from a community if women producers in Huila, Colombia. And anchoring the fruit is the Guava Banana from Elías and Shady Bayter's El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, a natural anaerobic Red and Yellow Caturra that brings the intensity the other two coffees can hold up against.
