The Femme Fatale
A clarified milk punch Sprocktail infused with chamomile, white nectarine, crisp apple, and lemon. Served up, crowned with a fan of thinly sliced apple and a whisper of orange blossom aroma.
The Smoking Gun
A flat white infused with bacon, rosemary, and applewood smoke. Served in a rosemary-smoked mug, and crowned with a charred rosemary sprig, a slice of bacon, and our smoked salt blend.
The Red Herring
A cold brew spritz sprocktail with housemade raspberry balsamic shrub and serrano-jalapeño infusion, topped with a gummy fish handmade by our neighbors at @papabubble_htx.
