New Heights Coffee Roasters is a Houston-based coffee roaster focusing on specialized micro-lots and unique offerings.

Founded in 2022, we started our journey to a deeper appreciation and passion for coffee and the communities involved, from farm to cup.

In September 2024, we expanded to include a brick-and-mortar location. It has become the hub for experiencing our coffees in various ways, featuring drinks carefully crafted by our team. Our mission as a café is to elevate the guest experience with coffee in an approachable and welcoming way.
